Very helpful and informative session. After a diagnosis, involving a variety of stretches and light exercises to determine the exact issue I had, I was given advice and a sent a programme with specific stretches to do, which helped assist my recovery. Would highly recommend!

Jonny is able to diagnose, treat and help you understand your injuries and how best to help yourself. Keeps you moving in the gym, very knowledgeable. Also very good sport massage. Would recommend
