If I could give a zero star rating I would. Josh Johnson never responds to calls or emails. He is over a year late with our tax returns every year and I have tens of thousands of dollars in penalties with the IRS for 2023 because he never filed the extension and he STILL hasn't done anything to help fix the problem. I can never get a hold of him. The only way I can get him to call me is if I make an appointment through the website. Responding to his rare emails doesn't work- all of a sudden the email comes back undeliverable... read more
Joshua seems like a nice guy. I just expected better customer service and client care. The communication was not as consistent or reliable as I had hoped for. And the guidance and support, on specific questions/issues, were lacking for me. I know that I was a new client and he has plenty of long standing clients but this was just my experience and constructive feedback. I genuinely do wish the best for him and his business going forward.
