No idea how they handle taxes, because when we called, their Lady at the front desk was so incredibly rude, that we would rather pay double to have our taxes done elsewhere. Very antagonistic, nasty, trashy, and sarcastic. My wife had very simple questions, and was very polite. From the start, the woman interrupted my wife and was very snippy. Great staff especially the front desk she was more than helpful about helping make sure I had everything I needed. Friendly environment and did an awesome job with my taxes. Definitely will use them again.
