No one likes to deal with taxes, but place is my favorite. They even called me on a Sunday to try to help me with every legitimste tax break. Friendly which I need when I deal with anything related to the IRS. Seriouly, this is and will be my go to tax prep place
Every other time I’ve been to this office they have been great. However , I went today and sat for 3 hours and still did not get help. Many people who came in after me were already helped and gone. An hour and a half in I went to the front desk and asked how much longer it would be as I had to get my son from school soon. The lady at the front told me I was next in line.
