If I could give zero stars I would. I gave almost a year of my life to this company. We consulted and completely recreated the grand Avenue store. We haven’t been paid for our work or any of the decor inside. The bills keep piling up. They decided to use me like a pawn and steal mine and my husbands’ work, time, products and dignity. 12-14 hour days working on that project and they just threw us to the wolves. This company hires small business owners to help them visually brand their business, steal their work, and refuses to honor their agreement for payment. Their spring 2023 catalog contains photography/branding that was developed by the consulting agency and that they stiffed. The owners of this company lack ethics, steal from fellow small business owners, and try to profit off of others work. I will happily remove this review once the owner decides to do what is right and compensate the business they hired to help them grow.
JWH has moved its production back into the US and has fantastic service. Staff was helpful when I was browsing and the retail space is beautiful. Durability of the products is outstanding, high quality US leathers from US tanneries. Will certainly make my next bag purchase there.
I love the men's leather totes! The Made in America Collection is gorgeous! The new skincare is really wonderful as well - the charcoal facial cleanser and the eye serum specifically. Love the durability!!
i don’t mind paying prices for good quality which you have but you likely lost a much bigger sale today because I had to ask the clerk for prices on nearly everything. Be transparent and put your prices on things and i will change my review to 5 stars. This isn’t Beverly Hills.
