Man Ariel is the greatest, she is so helpful for someone a little slow to learn things! Very thorough and knowledgeable! Rachel was great too! Definitely coming back because of both of them, they are so nice here.
First time shopping here and Rachel was the best. She helped me pick out a vape that was perfect for me and vape juice. The prices are reasonable and I will be back.
Zero not One - Ariel you are a rude person. No customer service skills. I’ve bought merchandise at this store several times with a different person before and never had issues. Change of ownership? It shows JVapes but Red Star something on the door. She doesn’t listen and she sells a product that she doesn’t know how to explain when there is an issue. I’ll take my business somewhere else. You lost a customer for a battery worth $17.00.
best service in the whole town ... i recently got injured and had fallen back on hard times... was a little short on money and they went out of their way to get me the best deal with what i had... i really appreciate the help and service, even one time i was wanting a similar product and immediately they pointed me towards a product ive never tried and was not disappointed 🧡
