I had a total vape emergency!! Had a problem with my atomizer, then broke tank glass, then broke other glass, then stretched O-ring!! 10 hours without a vape was not happening, went into Prescott store and who I believe was the manager handled my crisis like a pro!!! She made it work for me even though my vape was apparently ancient!! I’m attached what can I say! Thank you so much for your help went back in later and bought something more modern. The thanks again. Amy
