Searched online for a product I knew I wanted, found JVapes result, placed on online order, forced to create an account, given a coupon to use on my “first order”, immediately contact customer service who responds two days later to lie to me that they cannot process a $6.xx refund to accommodate the coupon they sent me for my order. Refusing a $6 discount you offered and not having the decency to be honest about it is unbelievable. Don’t open an online store if you can’t handle it.

My experiences with Jvapes has been nothing but fabulous. Dylan, Dakota, Pete and Sean have been taking care of my needs for years and their customer service is spectacular. Dylan is very knowledgeable on the Eclipse vapes, which helps me so much. Jvapes has a variety of vapes, if you are not sure of what you are looking for just ask one of the team and they will take care of you.
All the employees are exceptionally nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Dakota in particularly is amazing. All the products are fresh and high quality. I highly recommend this shop.
