I’ve been going to Thuy at JV Nails since the day she opened 10 years now and she’s honestly the best. She works on her own, but her attention to detail and consistency are better than any busy salon I’ve tried. Every appointment feels calm and personal, and my nails always come out clean, neat, and perfectly done. In all these years, I’ve never had a single issue. She genuinely cares about her work and her clients, and it shows. I recommend her to everyone.
My feet were hurting from my shoes and I thought maybe getting a pedicure might help. I am so glad I came here! After that one time I came to get a pedicure my feet felt better and then I started coming routinely and now my toe nails are so much better! They grow better and look better and don’t hurt my feet whatever shoes I wear. Plus Thuy is so kind she showed me how to also take care of my feet at home. She’s so friendly and always willing to make time for her customers, sometimes even after hours. Highly recommended!

Made an appointment for two people and was told only one of us could do manicure and pedicure. She also made us pay a cancellation fee even though she didn’t know what we came in for and didn’t take my name for the appointment. I don’t like to leave reviews like this but I paid the cancellation fee and left with my friend because as soon as we said we wanted to leave and go somewhere else to get our nails done together she made her previous client in the chair leave to try and accommodate us. Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience there. My friend booked for both of us to have pedicure and manicure and when we arrived the lady told us she only booked one of us. She said we could come back tomorrow or that she could do our manicures, but one at the time. These options didn't work for us, and we decided we would try to go somewhere else that could accommodate both of us.
