Run! Run! Run! Do not give this company your credit card or enter into a monthly membership. They will literally steal your money and tell you can’t use it after the fact. Spoke with the manager, who accidentally admitted they changed a policy and never told any customers about it. Now we are out over $800 and they tell us there is no refund and we can’t even use it. Unprofessional and rude staff. They changed my appointment without my consent, canceled it when I arrived, and only offered a refund to their store card—which I declined since I won’t be returning. They later refused to refund to my bank. Terrible service.
