Not be bias & NOT side with the shady arrogant parent. This court is so corrupt, it's sickening. Certain Judges let the criminal get away & make the innocent child pay. Despicable. Judge duffan is 1 of those judges. Beware of him. He was Very arrogant with me & caused mty son to Hate the court & not like his father. Evil.. .
make sure the judge knows all sides of a situation. my ex was a horrible, abusive drug addict and yet I (not a drug addict at all, ever in my life) has to do these programs for alcohol abd drug treatment, now, because my lawyer john venner, didnt say anything in my defense, im stuck just sitting in these groups confused with nothing to say... and its like i dont have a voice, this past 2 years i lost both my parents, been alsmost raped twice, and sexually harrased, and abused and i dont have a voice, no one hears me or even ... read more
