If you have a company and value your employees and take pride in doing your job well, do not EVER hire JustWorks to manage anything. Over 2 months, they have wrongly processed EVERY payroll I've ever sent in, causing me headaches that could cause ERISA violations with the DOL and everything else. The gross incompetence is impressive, but it's not something I want to deal with.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with when it comes to their time clock doesn’t work half the time then because of a holiday falling on the Payday instead of doing the right thing by paying us early one day now, I have to wait three additional days to get my paycheck plus because of that i have to Council my vacation be cause me not getting paid on time I also had to council my reservation because I needed my check to pay my remaining balance for my stay that for screwing up my vacation I will never recommen... read more

I would strongly discourage international contractors from relying on Justworks for payments. I updated my payment method before the payment appeared anywhere in my account. There was no upcoming payment, no pending payment, and no warning that the payment had already been initiated using my old banking details. Based on everything visible in the platform, it was reasonable to expect that my updated payment method would be used. I’ve used Justworks for 7 years- between two companies. One where we used it from day 1, another where we switched from ADP. I cannot say enough about the ease of the product and the amazing support staff. They take time consuming work off our plates so we can focus on running our business.
