I’m going to leave this as a bad review. You’ve taken over $2,000 of flexible spending funds that were supposed to go toward specialist care for my children, with no grace period, no alert, and no warning. This feels dishonest and deeply unfair, and I’m extremely disappointed with both your policies and your customer service.

Justworks has not paid me my elected commuter benefits or HSA benefits in over two months. I have been troubleshooting with them to avoid continuously not being paid them and nothing has come off it. It is incredibly fair as I have had to pay my providers pre tax for several months because of continuous errors on their end.

I would not recommend their Cobra coverage. They are extremely expensive and to be reimbursed takes months due to their representatives not asking proper questions.
