Was friendly and helpful
Need to train the trainee more. “The attorneys have lots of clients and will get to your case when can” was I was told. I was told several things in a span of 3 weeks. I was concerned for my case and she made it sound like the attorney didn’t show up for my case when in reality they did. I had to call back a second time and spoke to someone who actually knew what they were talking about. If the receptionist doesn’t know say “I don’t know”. I do understand there’s many clients. However that was unprofessional.
