My mother, who waited 2 months for this appointment, drove for 45 mins, and my dad took a day off from work, was denied her appointment because they were 8 minutes late! She is in pain, and needs surgery, and the doctor turns her away for 8 minutes? No grace period? What kind of doctor does that?! Not sympathetic at all!
