I used fairway home loans and they were ok they got the loan done quickly but I wouldn’t recommend them if you want competitive rates and fees. My loan officer was serviceable but didn’t have time to explain things to me most of the time I had a question. They did get the loan done after going back and forth about documentation several times

If you do need help. I'd go somewhere else. After 2 and a half months we were told sorry can't help you. House appraised at $370,000.00 and we owe $104,000.00 . We are getting around $4300.00 a month on Social security/ pension. But we were told they couldn't make it happen. So if you make ALOT of money and you don't owe anything, this place is for you
