I seriously have a hard time finding anything good to say about this outfit... They don't ever return calls in a timely manner, they have no answers that help the situation presented. They charge but don't do much for their charge... About all they did for us is refer us to an attorney, other than that, their involvement complicated everything and in the end... we ended up on the short end of the stick. I'd give them 0 stars if possible. Do your homework and make sure they can do something to help before signing on the line.... read more

So far, after over 2 years, I have nothing to show for my trouble. For a $7,000 claim, with over $2,000 deductible, (which means the company would have been liable for $5,000) they are now asking the insurance company for more than $24,000. If settled they would make more than the original claim!! They get a percentages of the settlement. . I was also told if we don't settle before needing to sell the home,, I should put it in the contract, so I can't fix our roof while in litigation without affecting the claim. and have... read more

A roofer in my area gave me Justice Public Adjuster's (JPA) name. This roofer made it clear that he wasn't real familiar with JPA, but JPA was in the area and he had spoken with Sydney at JPA a couple of times. My first interaction with JPA was positive, Sydney explained the process and their 95% success rate on getting roofs replaced. The JPA contract was sent to me immediately, which I completed the next day.
