they want you to pay for a ticket at a website that isnt even up
Are you people even actually doing work? I’ve been calling for the past week to get on the phone with someone to pay my ticket so I can renew my license. The website is down, the phone rings for ages then hangs up. Our taxes are really going towards funding for a place that can’t be bothered to answer a phone call? This is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. Can’t wait for someone to finally decide to take the first step to getting the entire staff replaced.
If you can avoid Justin at this location I would! He was rude and very unprofessional.
