You can't access citations online, where I tried entering my DL number, citation number, and personal information on at least 10+ occasions over the past 3 weeks. I'm literally on the phone right now and heard someone pick up and hang up to continue to put me on hold. It just went to voicemail. This is immensely unprofessional -- it's like you want tickets to escalate at this point.
Not very clear instructions, was told to get a ticket to wait when I could have just gone straight back to the court to get the document, long wait, only plus was Mr. Rick Brass making light of us waiting. I didnt get to choose no contest, they filled in guilty when thats not what I would have marked, which should have been my right. Otherwise, the experience was fine.
