I have now called 240 times. I had an accident and am now disabled. I just want to pay my ticket so I don't get thrown in jail unable to walk. Does anybody even work there? How do I even deal with a completely un-responsive office? I am desperate! What do I DO???!
Took 2 years to get the simplest filing youd ever see to be heard
I have spent the last month trying to pay my speeding ticket. The payment portal on their website has been down the entire time, and no one responds to emails or answers phone calls. I live in Austin so I can't just go in person. This is ridiculous.
No one ever answers the phone and the ladies that work here must have dementia because they’re always confused/clueless and they don’t know where to forward you or how to help you.
Every lady should be fired from here. None of them know what they're talking about. Each time I came in for my speeding ticket, they tell you something different. then as far as websites, they all claim to use different websites. none of them are on the same page. terrible attitudes. they need to be replaced.
