Been a client for about 15 years. And the decline this "credit union" has is insane. They used to be helpful, pleasant, and actually got things done. In the last 6 years, it's been nothing but issues. First issue, I needed a personal loan for a boat (small lake boat). For a MONTH they tried to force me to get a preferred ships mortgage, which per the the Coast Guard DOES NOT EXIST for lake boats especially that size. Any time I’ve had to contact JFCU, they’ve gone above and beyond. When I had to register my car and my tax collector needed to know more about my name change, JFCU helped me meet their ridiculous standards. So far, I’m happy as a member!
