I would not recommend this branch at all. The folks at the Maryland and DC branches are much more kind and professional.
Always very helpful
So this is more for the bank as a company rather than the specific location. Between limiting the amount I could spend back when I got my account at first, to most recently when a system error reversed my check putting me at negative balance and taking about a week to get fixed. I’ve kinda had it with these guys. Since I needed to pay off a credit card bill during the time their system had reversed my check I got an overdraft fee that they refused to reverse.
