I have called for three days about a citation to be cleared or for the warrant to be lifted so I ca ln do what I need to do about my license and no has answered and the one who did she put the phone on mute and let it sit for 4 minutes while I said hello in the phone and then hung it up they need someone to answer the phone and direct the calls because obviously they are to busy to answer it or at least answer the call and give the information that is needed because people call all day everyday with no answer or anything. My experience at this court was disappointing and unnecessarily difficult. I made a good-faith effort to file required documents and seek clarification on the process, but I was not given an opportunity to explain my situation or receive meaningful guidance. For a public court handling time-sensitive and stressful matters, clearer procedures, better communication, and a more helpful approach from staff are needed. Sat around listening to the phone ring for 15 minutes. No answer, just "You have reached the justice of the peace court, precinct 2, place 1, your call will be answered shortly" for 15 minutes straight before the automated system hung up on me. Writing this while 8 minutes into my second call. Can't wait to get auto-disconnected again. What a load of bull$. I can't believe this is what we, the taxpaying people, pay for. We pay your wages and sustain your buildings. The least you can do is answer the damn phone!
