I was a co-defendant on an eviction from a house I've never lived or slept in. I brought my current lease where I've been living since January to prove I was never a resident. The person who filed the eviction on my friend was not even the owner of the house. The legal aide atty presented the evidence showing he wasn't the owner. This judge wasted my time all because I chose to DISMISS HER AS MY JUDGE. SHE MADE ME DRIVE ALL THE WAY OUT THERE TO HER COURT ON MY BIRTHDAY JUST TO TELL ME THAT THEY TRANSFERRED MY CASE TO ANOTHER COURT SINCE I TOLD HER THAT I FILED A MOTION FOR RECUSAL.... I GUESS SHE WAS BIG MAD...... MAYBE SHE SHOULD HAVE DONE HER JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE AND STOP DRAGGING MY CASE.
Supposed to be open 8am checked this morning just to see a line of people outside since 9am. It’s Thursday people have a time frame.
