Lady Margaret was very rude. My family is in a rental car and didn’t have my paperwork with my case number info and she said she was going to place me on hold for a while because she has customer with there case numbers that she can assist. If that’s not rude then I don’t what is. How disrespectful?
This office granted a judgment against me and failed to notify me before or after the judgment, violating my rights to appear in court and defend myself ! These debt collectors are trying to collect a 7 years old debt, and now they froze my account.. This is an injustice, and it should be against the law ! I contacted the AG and filed a complaint! Update: I went to pick up the " judgment " One lady was helpful. The other one had an attitude, and they had no name tag ,dressed as if they were going to the gym, very unprofessio... read more
