The owner is great, the experience is great, I feel amazing!
The owner was very professional and knowledgable. He helped ease the pain and tension within my back and shoulders with a deep tissue masage. I have been using the soaps as well and they have my skin looking and feeling great!
Very cool atmosphere. Well kept and clean. Staff and personnel are very professional. We felt safe and comfortable during the underwater and water-surface swimming lessons. I recommend anyone seeking water aerobics/exercising, swimming lessons, strength and conditioning, and weight training solutions for all ages. This is your one-stop shop for it all. The one thing that shocked us completely is a massage therapist on-site. Kudos, JustFit Body Maintenance. Kudos.
