Very poor service. I have emailed and also sent my query via their online system. Got absolutely no response after several days and the fact that they are the official Brose contact in the UK is disappointing. Excellent experience today at the store and before arriving. Email query promptly replied to with good advice and offer to try a new cargo bike. Knowledgeable with no pressure to buy in store - just solid advice. Great test ride locally. Bike set up perfectly. We bought a new e cargo bike on the day. Very happy with the service. Would recommend.
