I was able to find everything I needed, but the store manager (the oldest guy in there) was very rude. Only greeted and helped certain people out. But Michael was very nice. He helped us find what we needed and politely checked us out.
Worst customer service in resolving purchase receipt return error. Store clerks not empowered to make any decision to satisfy customer needs or requests. Indicated “ “issue above my pay grade”. No communication with management to get a resolution. Apathy and lack of leadership at its best!
Only walk by this store when I walk the mall. But the store looks nice and the people wave to us mall walkers at the mall.
I know I live in Arizona, but they didn't have a single thing in there for the Atlanta Falcons, which is what I went in for.
