Worst customer service in resolving purchase receipt return error. Store clerks not empowered to make any decision to satisfy customer needs or requests. Indicated “ “issue above my pay grade”. No communication with management to get a resolution. Apathy and lack of leadership at its best!
Only walk by this store when I walk the mall. But the store looks nice and the people wave to us mall walkers at the mall.
I know I live in Arizona, but they didn't have a single thing in there for the Atlanta Falcons, which is what I went in for.
Such a friendly group of guys, they were helpful and made finding what I was looking for very easy. Thanks guys, just sports did it again
