It doesnt matter why you want to return it. This stores return policy is from the dark ages. This is very poor customer service. Even if something has its tags on it and has never been worn- dont even think about trying to get a different size. Can you believe it?
The name on the jacket was crooked. They could have done a better job but they didnt. I wont go back.
