A very bad experience with this store, and particularly the manager. First, I was told I would receive a military discount on the most expensive item. Instead, it was given on the least expensive item. The store manager fixed his for me when I returned. Second, and most disturbing, a $2.00 charge for a donation (for what is still unknown) showed up on my VISA bill. The charge was not on my receipt however. I had a frustrating experience at this store. The employee encouraged me to sign up for the “Access Pass Premium” saying it would save me money, but did not clearly tell me it cost $10 to join. The discount applied was only $7 on one hat, which meant I actually paid more than if I hadn’t signed up at all. When I went back to ask about it, I was told it had been explained to me, which it absolutely was not. If a membership costs money, that should be clearly stated before someone agrees to it.
