I had a previous order at a different location that had gone wrong on all accounts. Quinton stepped up and did his research and was able to get everything fixed in a just a few hours. I don't think any of the staff members would have been able to turn this around like he did. He was very positive and in full communication with me the whole time. Good selection, great customer service! They will also stitch and engrave the hats and anything else you bring in for reasonable prices
This is a great store for hats and you can get a discount card. They have a ton of merchandise other than hats on their website that you can get shipped free to the store.

I went into Lids located in the Pearland Town Center to shop for a hat and the customer service experience was horrible. The manager was assisting a customer when a friend and I walked in, so we browsed around at hats. I found a hat I liked and removed it from the shelf. While waiting patiently for the manager to finish assisting the customer, another customer walks in and she immediately acknowledges her and offers to assist in a few minutes. Do not come to this store i wish i can give it no stars because when i entered the store I thought it was going to be great i came in to get my hat ingraved with the name of my channel but when the worker/manager did not even know how to use the machine he ruined the hat that costed me 20 dollars plus the ten dollars that they charged me to get it ingraved they messed up and to remove the string they cut up a hole in the hat then they gave it to me saying that the machine is not working.
