The laziest and worst people and companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. From broken gutter due to the contractor negligence (I had to chase it up to get it fixed) to damaged cabinetry (which 4 months later is still trying to be rectified). Karen tells you that you can only go through them to get the full service they offer, yet they just dropped and ran....not once did they tell us how to operate the spa nor how to use the chemicals to keep it lasting. Have been buying our chemicals from Oke Spas for the last few years. The customer service is exceptional. Karen is very knowledgeable of her products and always willing to help. We had to buy a new spa cover recently and it was a seamless process. Thank you so much to Karen and the team from Oke Spas.
