Recently purchased a 4 metre swim spa from just Spas Canberra,the team were amazing the delivery was so easy. We had looked at so many Spas before but we found the team here made the process on purchasing and delivery, so easy we couldn't be more happier with our choice and our now enjoying it.
We bought a Spa in April. At the time we were told that the Spa will be ready in 10 weeks. They quoted too low, the. Wanted more money. When we paid more, a pump was not include as per the original quote. That at least they corrected. We paid and waited more than a week for our receipt. We had to ask for the receipt before they emailed it to us. Since then, we’ve had little information as to the delay with the commencement of the building of our spa and other delays. Wish I'd read some other reviews before going here - zero after-care once paid, no contact, and quote for time and delivery nothing very off. Do not recommend
Fantastic customer service. Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their products.
Jodie and the team installed our pool and spa 10 years ago. Still extremely happy enjoying our summer! Great family business for all your pool needs. Highly recommend
