Horrible staff and office. If you call you will leave a message and get a call back maybe that week and usually at ten or eleven at night. Which is good for the staff. If less stars were possible i would score it less.
Extremely poor return call etiquette; failure to return calls, scheduled next day morning, within 48 hours of verbal commitment. The call we did get started with "I am sorry to call you back so late, and I don't have much time." We found we prefer to use an consultant in Southern Indiana (rather than to wait for a call back from this agency). Perhaps they are too busy at this time to follow through on verbal commitments.
