Excellent customer service DOES still exist! Marc and his crew were able to do the impossible by creating gorgeous lampshades from the many that were ripped to shreds by my terrible movers. Their attention to detail and guidance through a very difficult situation make them stand out in a time when the very concept of customer service seems antiquated. Wonderful experience!
