Dropped off package two weeks ago. The nice young man there that helped me took my info/credit card, plugged it into my profile and said I would receive an emailed receipt/shipping details since the owner/boss did not have credit card/payment details for Just Send It to complete the international shipping transaction. He also couldn't reach him by phone during the 30 mins I was there. 2 left voicemails, 2 emails and when I got someone on the phone at the store, they hung up after I started talking... Great service
I walked in and tried to send a small box. A guy came up and said he could do it, but only if he called Jeremy and filled out a slip, which would take a lot of time. He told me I’d be better off going to the post office. I was trying to support a small business, but he basically brushed me off. It was really odd. I won’t be going back there.
The staff here is always helpful. They make it much easier to send and receive packages then the post office or ups does.
The employees are really friendly. Have a personal mail box there. Definitely recommend. If they need to close early they send out an email, which I think is really nice.
