Jimmy was extremely accommodating for a big shipment I needed. He completely saved me on some equipment that is really important to me. I'll rely on Just Send It in the future. Great folks to work with and to trust with your valuable gear.
I had someone ship me a snowboard and they dropped it off at Just Send It on 9/3/25. I have the receipt with tracking number. It’s 10/10/25 and the tracking info never updated, showing it was never picked up by USPS. I’ve called them probably a hundred times over the month and they’ve only answered once. That one conversation they sounded dumbfounded, wrote down my number, and said they’d call back. That was weeks ago.
Just Send It is the best! Super helpful and friendly owners and staff. Considering we have the worst and very unfriendly post offices IN THE NATION in Dillon and Silverthorne, it is refreshing to speak with cool nice people at Just Send It. Avoid the Post Office, and get a mail box at Just Send It, but I think there is a waitlist. Don’t give any money to USPS, spend your money at Just Send It. I have been a customer and box owner for 4 years now and will always renew.
I dropped off 3 packages here on Wednesday July 2nd. I printed my shipping labels with them and only paid 12 cents a page which is great. I had an issue with my packages because USPS does not always scan the packages dropped off at this location. The manager even told me that sometimes they don’t get scanned until they’re delivered, which is useful to know. It’s still an issue but it’s not the businesses fault. The staff responded promptly and I’m hoping the packages will be delivered soon so I can see the update!
