Amazing place. Great coffee, great croissants, and great people. We walk here a few times a week.
Visiting JRA several times a week, mainly for coffee. Ian and Company have created quite a community not necessarily of like-minded people, but certainly interesting characters. A great destination, even if you are not into cycling. Just added a Salsa Waroad gravel bike to my inventory
Great with repairs really put a lot of love in their profession my bike rides great whenever theirs a pro lem their on it
I very rarely write reviews about stores but I have had some very negative experiences with this bike shop. Multiple times they have tried to add on some shockingly high costs for silly reasons and have very unhelpful for routine matters where I would expect a better attitude from a neighborhood bike shop. In order to change the inner tube in a tire they wanted to charge me more than $200 (no joke). Also the pastries are dry and insanely expensive. Just Riding Along is absolutely the best! They have an incredible selection of bikes and accessories. But more importantly, the customer service is second to none. They are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I have a hand cycle that they have helped me on a moments notice to fix. I’m new to this hand cycle, so it’s unfamiliar and they’re always willing to drop everything to help me. I am endeavoring to hand cycle the TCS New York marathon for the first time in my life and I’m so glad they’re part of my journey.
