Had a great experience with this shop - called in short notice with a flat tyre and they fixed it within about 30mins. Legends!
I chose Just Ride It because of the great reviews and the advertised thorough service. As someone who’s not very experienced with bikes, it sounded great. When I first went to collect my bike, it hadn’t been cleaned as advertised and, after riding away, the brakes made a loud screeching noise the first time I used them. Given that a test ride was included in the service, it made me question whether that had actually been done. I took in back in and they said they could look at it again.
