What a lovely team. I booked in for an odd sound from my crank online, they called me to double check timing so they could get it fixed for me within the day. I arrived, they found a very simple fix, sent me on my way and refused to charge. Give them a try if you’re reading this, they’re just what you need from a bike shop.
