I had a bike issue when arrived in Melbourne for 70.3 Ironman, the staff member KAY was amazing fixed quickly. This bike shop is where you want to take your bike so you can have utter trust in it being fixed by nice people.
They have cheated by saying as replaced the new tube for my bike. We had a flat tyre and he charged $35 for replacing with a new tube. After coming home it again became flat in few hours. From the valve it seems the old tube is not replaced but he insisted as replaced with new tube. He was compelling to go out and come after 45 minutes, though I wanted to stay there. So never never go to this shop and get cheated. Horrible experience.
Terrible and frankly kind of downright weird customer service.
