I’ve had two massages from Alexandria and I’m now booking them regularly! She’s great!
This was my first time getting a massage. I do not like to be touched. Misty, the owner called to make sure everything was alright when I had to cancel. When I rescheduled, I scheduled with Candace. She knew this was my first time so she took the time to explain everything to me while she was working on me. I own an HVAC business and work full-time as a firefighter/paramedic. Great Spa, Misty is very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely was relaxing, and exactly what I needed.
It all started out great months ago, and my esthetician has always informed me of any changes to my appointment at all times. However this past week, she did the same but for some reason or another her running behind caused such a ruckus with the owner. My thing is as long as she, the person that’s servicing me has previously communicated with me about the time running over. I am very disappointed that me being late was an issue. My route had a closed road and detour. This is a problem for you and you want to take it out on my aesthetician? Just remember loyal clients follow their people. NOT a place
