This shop has horrible service. They ordered the wrong radiators for us and refuses to acknowledge their mistake. Once we disputed the product being incorrect, they then took down the product from their online shop and refuse to refund!!
Would not recommend at all
I had such a positive experience dealing with Erica at Just Radiators. Delivery was perfectly timed, and the radiator itself was beautiful, as expected. It is now mounted in my hall, and bringing excellent added character to the space. Erica was hugely reassuring each step of the process, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Really disappointed with this company and not sure how an earth it receives e-commerce accolades, Bought a raw metal K-Rad radiator from then and on unboxing the unit has very evident weld burns which are not at all apparent from the website photos. Asked to swap the radiator for the anthracite equivalent and this was flatly refused as 'it had been removed from the box' - how on earth is a customer supposed to find a defect with an item without removing it from the box?
