Shocking older lady said she was manager, in store rude and aggressive not helpful and so rude to the other staff member that was there I felt so sorry for her was hard to witness. Will never return.

Extremely rude sales lady. Was too busy unpacking boxes to acknowledge me when I walked in and was put out when I showed her what I was looking for. She then was extremely rude when I asked why it would show 'in stock' online and they didn't have any. There was no need for her tone. I have shopped at the Whitfords shop for over 40 years and have always found the staff pleasant and helpful so a bit shocked. I shall return when another saleslady is working there.
Didn't have stock in store when advertised on line products were available.
