I had a poor experience due to the customer service. The store attendant appeared irritated and made faces while responding to my questions. This behavior felt disrespectful and unwelcoming. Customer service training is clearly needed.

I went into the store at 5:20pm planning to buy 3 or 4 pairs of jeans — ready to spend a few hundred dollars. At first, the staff member asked if I needed help, and I politely said I was fine. The moment I picked up the first pair of jeans, she came over in a PASSIVE-AGGRESSIVE way and said: "At this time of the day we try to leave the shelf clean and tidy, so if you need something I will get it. Just wanted to thank Annalise for her wonderful customer service! I’d been searching for my ‘holy grail’ pair of jeans for weeks now and she went above and beyond to make sure I got them in the end. Excellent customer service, really knowledgeable about jeans, making customers feel valued and making sure they walk away with the best pair of jeans for them!
Annalise is so nice and calm, one of the best customer service assistant I have seen. She helped me for around more than 20 minutes to find the perfect jeans for me. She had the customer first attitude and nice. Really good experience. 😊
