Needed info on how to go about exchanging my online order of a jacket as I wanted to size up. The lady I spoke with was wonderful!! She explained the possible options and located the size I needed at another store so I could request for it to be put on hold and collect when it best suit me. Give her a pay rise!!! Incredible customer service!
