I just bought a pair of jeans with the amazing assistance of Mandy. She was so patient and genuine and gave me some awesome advice.
I was not happy with the customer service I was provided with at all. There was a jean with 40% off sticker (displayed storewide) and when I went to pay, they said the deal finished this morning and they forgot to take the stickers off. The other lady quickly started taking the stickers off when she heard me talking at the counter. This was at 3:30pm in the afternoon. This is not a customer’s fault but mistake on their end. Betty was absolutely amazing today! It was so busy in the store and she was alone but she made sure that she assisted each person. She found me the perfect jeans and was so lovely over all.
What absolutely Lovely staff !! This week I came into the store looking for suitable clothing for a new job.
