Kate is an absolute legend. I had a fantastic experience shopping for jeans, which I dreaded. I felt mentally drained as soon as I saw all the options and I just started grabbing heaps of jeans to try on. Kate approached and immediately went to work swapping out the wrong lengths I had grabbed and was there to give her feedback on each pair I tried on, and suggest alternatives. Even when it got busy, she was still personalising the experience for everyone there. I’m so grateful to this angel.
We shopped on Saturday 25 July. A lovely lady named Kate helped my wife and I though numerous try-ons and decision changes. She was patient, helped us, gave great advice and we left feeling valued and heard. She was under the pump as they were short staffed,. but always came back to us and helped us. It made it a pleasant experience. Thanks Kate
Exceptional customer service
We were visiting from Adelaide and my son needed a wardrobe revamp desperately and he hates clothes shopping. Kate and Catherine worked their magic and their clothes advice was amazing. But more importantly their customer service was outstanding 💯 nothing was too much trouble. I hope these 2 ladies get some recognition for this as they deserve it. Thanks so much again ladies!! He will look amazing on his 30th birthday.
I bought some Levi’s at a very good price. Douglas helped me a lot in making the right choice. The staff were generally friendly. Recommended!
