Not very helpful and rude. Wow! After shopping in this store for decades, I won't bother again.
The ladies who work here are just absolutely amazing and helpful. Their customer service is wonderful and every time I come into the store they are always so friendly.
Absolutely DISGUSTING SERVICE in store. 2 lazy women walking around chatting 1 standing with her back to counter and only 1 actually serving. My 84 year old mother standing for nearly 5 minutes with ZERO acknowledgement from anyone. I advised my mother to refund her item as we will NEVER shop in this store again. A disgraceful clothing. No professionalism AT ALL. Staff should try promoting not demoting fashion
Recently took my Tito here visiting from oversees and we had a lovely experience! Both Emily and Jess alternated with serving us and were patient and friendly when I translated to my Tito! They both helped us get what we were looking for in the store efficiently and well! Not sure how this process works but they’re doing a wonderful job! Thank you to them for giving us such a great experience!
A big thank you to Jess for the amazing customer service that I received the other day at Just Jeans. Also a big thanks to Emily for being so helpful 👌😊
