Yesterday my husband and I came through to buy some jeans for him. Their sales lady, with blue hair, refused to listen to my husband and decided upon herself that he should be wearing a 31 or 32 size Jeans. He also wanted straight and comfortable fitting not slim and tight fitting. A sales assistant should be considering what the customer wants, not what they think works just because its "The Fashion".
A lovely sales person called Sam helped me today and really went above and beyond! He was awesome!

Went into Just Jeans Te Rapa on 24th Dec, while I was there, my twins accidentally dropped the window sign and straight away the store manager (named Jason) came & before I could even apologise for the sign (which didn't break & literally took him less then a minute to fix), the first thing Jason said was "why are they even here? Kids shouldn't even be allowed in this store" and literally rolled his eyes. And this dude runs the store?? Wanted to give zero but not available. Rudest manager I have ever seen. Asked for a bag for my jeans , the male manager just threw the bag on the counter rudely for me to collect and no greetings while I shopped for $150+. Never seen this type of behaviour anywhere before. While I have been coming for my jeans here before but not anymore after this behaviour.
