We were served by Ashley, she was really helpful and friendly and made the experience very positive.
Bought some Levi jeans about 7 months ago. Nice young lady who sold them to me very helpful and suggested the fit and size. 5 months later some stress tears started to appear and got worse over a few weeks. Finally got around to return them and the manager was difficult saying they were cut. Didn't have a receipt as I *had* a profile in their system, the system that apparently doesn't exist anymore.
Yesterday my husband and I came through to buy some jeans for him. Their sales lady, with blue hair, refused to listen to my husband and decided upon herself that he should be wearing a 31 or 32 size Jeans. He also wanted straight and comfortable fitting not slim and tight fitting. A sales assistant should be considering what the customer wants, not what they think works just because its "The Fashion".
A lovely sales person called Sam helped me today and really went above and beyond! He was awesome!
