Went to your Strathpine store today. The girl with the long dark hair completely ignored me the whole time! She was unpacking boxes, going out the back etc so I walked out of the shop without my white skirt. If you dont acknowlege my existence...you dont get my business. So rude!
I visited today as I needed to swap some clothes to change sizes. Elizabeth was so friendly and made the exchange simple and straightforward. I really appreciated her friendliness and will definitely return to Just Jeans at Strathpine.
I had such a great experience with Dee tonight! Even though it was right on closing time, she went out of her way to help me with style advice for bootleg jeans. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and made me feel really comfortable. Her recommendations were spot on, and she didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Dee’s customer service was above and beyond – such a gem! Deserves a pay rise for sure xx
