Went to Southland yesterday and got exactly what I needed. Jacob was a very kind and informative sales person and was also helped by the other staff members there!
Stood there for 10 mins waiting for some help. One lady at counter serving the same customer for 10 mins, another lady not paying any attention on who was in the shop (me and another lady who had just walked in ) lady who was paying no attention went straight to the lady who just walked in. Sorry Just Jeans you just lost a loyal customer. Maybe some more staff training is needed, surely it can’t be that hard to pay attention to who is in the shop 🤯

Rude staff. Asked for assistance and was ignored and after the 3rd “excuse me”, I got “yep” as a response with no eye contact. This is why people shop online. See ya
