He was incredibly kind and helpful, and he listened to all my requirements even while managing the store by himself with so many other customers around. Thank you so much, Rob, for that. I found exactly what I was looking for in under 5 min. I was served by Mel, who was left to manage the store all alone without backup and was getting through the crowd of customers with a smile. Maybe the managers can ensure better staffing? Otherwise good experience.
