Went there today and the customer service lady I think it was Sarah was great. Made the whole shopping experience chill.
Excellent service, specially Sarah. She is really lovely and friendly, and makes you feel like the most special client. A little overpriced, but until now the products worth it.
It’s unbelievable that in 2025, this is still one of the few companies in Australia charging customers for online return postage. Never ever shopping here again.
