Was able to hold onto a item for me and was very friendly even with client that was with me today.
Attempted to return a faulty pair of shorts today, sales assistant tried to put up every obstacle possible as to why the shorts couldn't be returned, missing a barcode tag she stated, sales receipt was presented at POS, all the details available presented. Really disappointed with the attitude we were confronted with today. I was told that all tags need to be included and intact to return an item as she couldn't sell them. Excellent customer service. Great place to shop. The manager and staff are very knowledgeable in regards to sizing of all clothing particularly what jeans best fit which body shape. Lovely friendly staff who genuinely care about their customers . Highly recommend you shop at just jeans Port Augusta . Great shopping experiance ..
4:15pm 1 sept 2022 and served by one of the friendliest people we have come across for some time. Extremely helpful and cheerful. Made two purchases we hadn't planned on. If we liked here, we would visit this shop more.
