Very disappointed visit to the store today. Rack inside the door shows 40% sale on rack with the slim barrel jeans and knit wear. Went to purchase the jeans, only to be told (snr sales person) it's only for the knitwear.... Both sales person and I checked the sign states 40% sale. False advertising Just Jeans Porirua!!! Correct the sign if only knit wear - day so!
Very disappointing experience. I visited the store looking for jeans, but no one paid any attention to me. The staff were too busy chatting among themselves and completely ignored the fact that I needed help. Many items were hung too high for me to reach, and no one offered to assist. Poor customer service.
Went to just jeans Porirua today 24/11/24 at 4pm. The girls that work in just jeans gossip away in front of customers which I found very unprofessional and cheap. Please sort that out because it’s not the first time I’ve noticed this. Didn’t want to waste my money here for inattentive staff.
I thought it was about time to buy a new pair of jeans managed to walk into Just Jeans in Porirua North mall and had a great reception just as I entered the shop I wasn't sure but the customer service representative helped me out with I was looking for thank you so much please if you need help purchasing anything in there store with a smile please see the team at North mall Porirua
