Bought a shirt in this store as a gift to friend...did the shopping very urgently in the store thinking they will be in good condition. After checking it we found out that a button was almost coming out and unfortunately have to remove tag as we thought a shirt of around 90$ will be in good condition to own it...but finding that they sold defect piece , I felt to question that keeping the receipt and tags... The staff whom I spoke has no sorry for the thing they sold, just questioning me in turn and soo rude to me ...Hated s... read more
I have never had such exceptional service and I thought I would write this review because Sam was amazing to my parents and I today. Sam was incredibly attentive, honest, patient and went above and beyond for us. Truly an asset to the store and made our experience so pleasant. Thank you Sam, we look forward to returning.
