Tracy was amazing, acknowledged straight away and helped me find the pants I’ve been searching for literal years. I always get my stuff from just jeans but never had the actual perfect fit and a new brand came in and she was fantastic. Highly recommend
Experienced amazing customer service today in the Gateway Palmerston store by Heather. Very friendly and helpful, Heather went above and beyond helping me to find a size for the dress I wanted. After checking out the back for more stock, she then took my number and called me later the same day when she unpacked more and had my size. Thanks so much Heather, hands down the best customer service I have received in a retail store in a long time!
