Sam was ever so helpful.....excellent customer service.
I had the absolute please of meeting Sam yesterday on the Black Friday Sales. I had been store to store for hours looking for just some nice high waist pants for my new job and I couldn’t find a single pair that fit me. I was exhausted and devastated to the point I actually cried in the change rooms when one pair finally fit thanks to Sam. She was so supportive, patient and understanding. She is outstanding and I couldn’t thank her enough.
I'm super fussy to buy pants as I have a "particular" body shape. I can thank enough to Despina, she was extremely patient offering me several options, asking questions to understand what I wanted. If is not because of her exceptional customer service, I'd have walked out of the store with nothing.. instead, I ended up getting 2 pairs of pants.
I rarely leave reviews, but Des form Northland 100% deserves the shout out! She had the patience of a saint and was extremely knowledgeable of their range and options. She committed all the time necessary to help me find exactly what I wanted and it wasn't easy! Even arranged one of the pairs to be delivered as the exact colour and size wasn't available in their store. Thanks again Des! :)
