I went to this store yesterday looking for a pair of Levi’s Ribcage Ankle jeans. I knew this style was already shorter than regular jeans, which is exactly why I wanted it—I planned to buy it and have the length altered myself. The staff showed me the jeans but said, "Although it’s called ankle, it’s still too long for you" Overall, the service felt passive and unhelpful.

I was appalled at the attitude of the staff towards me when asking for sizes above a 16. I was looked up and down before being told to try another store, then proceeded to tell me to call the store prior to make sure they had my size because I was "Bigger." Left sobbing in a panic attack.

What an amazing experience. I walked into the store and was met with a welcoming and sincere Hi I'm Mandy how can I help you today. This simple act set Mandy apart from just about every other sales person. Mandy demonstrated professionalism,expertise, advice and a genuine joy in what she does. I spent 4 times what I originally was going to but, I was happy to do so because there was no pressured sales just good old-fashioned service.

I had the best experience shopping at just jeans north lakes. Mandy was an absolute gem - my partner and I were lucky enough to have Mandy help fit us both for jeans, denim shorts and blouses. With Mandys help i am wearing items that fit me and look amazing. Very grateful to Mandy and the just jeans team at north lakes. Thank you- you do an amazing job.

I shopped here yesterday with my family and had the best customer service experience. We were served by Anna and although she was alone, she managed the place like a professional, friendly, patient and very helpful. Thank you Anna 🙂
