I had a fault with a pair of jeans I purchased end of last year and they were going to be exchanged once a replacement pair were located locally. Unfortunately the pair of jeans I had weren’t available in my size and colour but the ladies made sure they found an equivalent pair in store that were a perfect fit. Exceptional customer service from the North Lakes store and a reminder that old fashioned customer service is still alive. Thanks ladies, you know I’ll be back.

Helen was an absolute savour for me! I have a work Christmas party in 5 days, and I had found the perfect shirt. The only problem, Just Jeans website does not show store stock levels. So, I went into North Lakes on my lunch break PRAYING they had the shirt in my size in stock. I searched high and low and found the shirt, but just one size too small. Visited this store yesterday. Mandy was exceptionally friendly and gave me a great deal on two pairs of jeans. I ended up needing to change the sizes, which I did at Strathpine for convenience, but I would happily shop at the North Lakes store again, as the service was excellent.
