Helen was an absolute savour for me! I have a work Christmas party in 5 days, and I had found the perfect shirt. The only problem, Just Jeans website does not show store stock levels. So, I went into North Lakes on my lunch break PRAYING they had the shirt in my size in stock. I searched high and low and found the shirt, but just one size too small. Visited this store yesterday. Mandy was exceptionally friendly and gave me a great deal on two pairs of jeans. I ended up needing to change the sizes, which I did at Strathpine for convenience, but I would happily shop at the North Lakes store again, as the service was excellent.
Had Tiff helping me the other day to find a pair of jeans! She was extremely helpful and very attentive. Great experience
I was not happy with the customer service I received. I went to get an exchange and after the policy they have no gift card was even possible to be given. Solutions that resolve the issue for the PROFIT of the store rather than the Customer satisfaction! In the end, as my husband picked a couple of shirts practically forced to, the unhelpful lady at the register said that the sign of 2 shirts for $60 was not applicable to all the clothes in that section that clearly had a sign that indicated it, she came running to change it... read more
